I must say I’m flabbergasted by the customer service I am receiving from you. You incorrectly have £120 of my money and I can’t speak to anyone in complaints, as they don’t take calls a someone is off today.#badcustomerservice
I'll never know anyone remotely like Robbie again. He was an incredible talent, a complete one off, and I was beyond fortunate to know him, work with him and laugh my head off with him. I send my love and deepest condolences to his family, above all his children.
What has happened to the customer service in shops these days, I went shopping today & it was bloody awful! No wonder people are online shopping. Terrible service & 3 tags left on from @JDSports and @newlook

@JDSports Indeed I have and I have spoken via email to customer services. I’ve been told my refund will have to wait until the items are back in the warehouse. This is not acceptable. I was told the order was cancelled, and my refund would be 7 days. Now I’m told a further 14. Terrible.
@JDSports absolutely disgusted at your atrocious customer service. Cancelling orders on day 5 of expected delivery, delayed refunds, being told to wait a further 14 days for my refund. And I’ve had to purchase the items in store to ensure I could fulfil my children’s presents!
