I’m heartbroken and furious.

In August 2023, I bought a **Samsung Galaxy Book** for ₹90,000 trusting your brand. I even recommended it to my friends and family. Today I regret that decision with all my heart.

Just 9 months later (May 2024), the hinge broke like cheap plastic. Soon after, the screen died, and then the motherboard failed completely. My premium laptop became useless junk.

Your service centre’s response left me shocked. They talked with **zero sense, zero empathy, and zero accountability — like people completely out of their minds with no care for the customer’s pain.

Their ridiculous quotes:
- Motherboard replacement: 77% of original cost
- Screen replacement: 11%
- Total: 88% of ₹90,000

Hinge repair? ₹15,000 for full upper body replacement.

Samsung has not only cheated me financially but also destroyed my trust completely.
