@Grumpy_at_Work Finding a therapist is a lot harder because the “bond” if you are okay with being outside of network because you click well with your therapist that’s great! It’s just extremely expensive. See what kind of health options your work provides first. Like four free visits etc.

@Grumpy_at_Work Referrals have been frowned upon since insurance has change in the last ten years. You should go through your network first to find a primary doctor, or any doctor. Then same goes for your therapist.
