"Jax is not transfem!!"
>The real jax is locked out of the "no girls allowed room"
>Roy frequently goes to Zooble's queer bar
>Jax gets excited with the bow
>Has a whole montage with "isn't she lovely" for her
>Had problems with her identity
All of this doesn't tell you ANYTHING
@rainbowgeniu I genuinely think you just don't like the direction Jax character and went with her being a trans girl so I think you'll look for why reason why it might not be canon when it's very clearly heavily heavily shown
'Jax isn't a trans woman because his whole thing was that he was terrified of being perceived as feminine' put your thinking cap on. Why do you think that is?
Everytime someone comes crying about how Jax was left “up to interpretation” and you look at their account it’s them seething about transfem Jax like oh right right
Instead of magically spontaneously accepting herself overnight and frolicking around in dresses and bows, the trans girl who's a victim of covert incest starts being mean and lashing out and some of you guys get real uncomfortable about that lol
tadc 9 spoilers!!

yall cannot fr still be fully denying transfem jax & acting like we’re crazy for believing it. with the progesterone drawing and the maid dress and the bow and the “pinnacle of masculinity” and the personal confession to her mom and the trans creator and the
@rainbowgeniu When she last came out her mother literally laughed in her face. Her fear is people seeing the real her and laughing in her face. She pushed Ribbit away because she was scared Ribbit would use it against her and laugh in her face. So she isn't gonna start wearing a bow with ease
@rainbowgeniu To counter this Jax's entire story was that she was a highly closeted trans girl terrified of being 'found out' due to her mother pushing this overly masculine role on her for her whole life. No she wouldn't wear the bow or dress again, because she's scared. Thats the whole point
@rainbowgeniu The thing is more why would Ribbit put the bow on her ear and say 'your secret is safe with me' in the first place? What do you think she came out to her mom as? What could she have said to the woman trying to make her act masculine to get her off her back other than I'm a girl
@rainbowgeniu I'm sorry but I am finding it quite funny that you're having to pretend that Jax had a personality transplant that wasn't at all said in the show to try and justify how she acted in the maid dress to mean she ISN'T a trans woman. You must see yourself that this is kinda ludicrous
@rainbowgeniu This requires a whole lot of speculation rather than textual evidence because by your logic if it had a modifier for Jax attitude surely Jax wouldn't have reacted with such embarrassment and anger? That's just made up. What if the world was made of pudding.
@rainbowgeniu The song is playing to a montage of Jax. I'm sorry but I don't understand how this can be more crystal clear rather than plain language. It's not playing to a montage of Pomni, it's playing to a montage of Jax, after the bow scen and the conversation about coming out to her mom
trans woman writes about struggles with internalized misogyny and toxic masculinity before coming out, forced to watch entire fandom call her work male centered and her self insert a violent DANGEROUS MALE
