@callmeshitto @ThadPala I was just having the same issue with my nest/hvac. I contacted support since nothing was wrong with my hvac and they had me swap the green and blue wires (even though they were originally correct) and it’s been working perfectly since. I have no idea why 🤷🏼‍♀️
