@dollardiligence Tip # 1 - just buy a used car i.e. don't ever buy new. Tip # 2 - pay cash. Just had to put in my 2 cents :)

@FrugalRules Agree 100% but doing both is better than doing just one or the other. A 3rd leg is investing well - no better way than via CRE.
