Peter Brocco turns in a dark and ruthless portrayal as Crackers the evil clown in this. Of the three episodes of this series he was in, I think this is his best performance.

@ImbrugliaJim I agree completely that Sven’s show was fine as a two hour program, and is too long with the extra half hour. Even if they had to make cuts to some of the movies, OK. There is too much fluff in the program now. And too many times the movie ends just a couple of minutes after 10.

@ImbrugliaJim That could be. But Sventoony was a poor idea, regardless of what the Batman fans specifically felt. They could have done the same program with the Sven Squad instead of the puppet, and it would have been better. Then they could run an hour of Batman at midnite instead of Superman

@ImbrugliaJim And as I write this post, MeTV is running another Golden Girls ad. I wish on Saturday night they would run ads for their Saturday night and overnight programming, instead of this endless flood of ads for Golden Girls, Raymond, and their other weeknight programs.

@ImbrugliaJim As has been discussed before, Batman got screwed up on MeTV when Sven’s show expanded to 2 1/2 hrs. MeTV now has this half hour slot at 10:30 that they don’t know what to do with. They plug in a single Batman show to fill it, but the program isn’t important to them.

@ImbrugliaJim And agreed that MeTV should show some of the other villains beside the big four. As an example the King Tut episodes were always good, including those from Season 3. But they probably will not be shown.

@ImbrugliaJim I have mixed feelings about Batgirl. I always enjoy seeing her. At the same time I think she takes away from Batman and Robin doing their thing. It’s like she sticks her nose into their business. She should of had her own show and been kept out of Batman’s.
