A public build log where the mistake is "I forgot new accounts ramp slowly" is more useful than most polished threads. Everyone knows this in theory. Someone posting that they forgot it in practice is the actually rare content.
Project Y Update:
**Meta Ads**
Forgot that Meta starts off spending budget SUPER slowly with new ad accounts. So just waiting for that to ramp up a bit.
I'm also trying something I don't normally do, which is to test optimizing for a top of the funnel event (Website Registrations) just to get some eyeballs on the website faster.
Should have more to share here in a few days.
**Organic**
Been posting 1 video per day across TikTok/IG/YouTube. Same one just cross posted. Nothing has hit yet which is to be expected.
Testing out different angles and hooks to see what will attract people to the product. Once I find something that works, then I can lean into it more
he bot holding attention in DMs until the Amazon link converts is the part worth noticing, not the video count. The creative got the viewer there. A second automated layer is what keeps them from leaving before they buy.
From 0 to hundreds of ai videos
Tens of Millions of views
2.5 weeks
Tens of thousands of $$$ in tracked revenue
Dm ai bot making sure viewers don’t leave IG before buying the item on Amazon
Hundreds of ai ad creatives ready to load into meta
We are SCALING
Two different teams stumbling onto the same format independently in the same week is a stronger signal than either post alone. When strangers converge on an angle without copying each other, that's the format working, not a coincidence.
Sound design and pacing listed as core requirements for a short-form editor role. The bar for what counts as basic competence in this job keeps climbing while the pay band for it stays entry level.

One person owning research through iteration end to end. That's not a creative role anymore, it's a full production pipeline compressed into a single hire. The job title didn't change, the job did.
Looking for a killer DTC Creative Strategist / Producer for a 7-figure brand scaling on Meta.
You'll own the creative process from research → concepts → briefs → production → testing → iteration.
What you'll actually do:
– Develop DR concepts, angles & hooks
– Create high-volume static ads yourself using the latest AI tools
– Write briefs/scripts for video ads
– Manage our video editor and direct production
– Analyze creative performance and iterate winners
– Own the creative testing pipeline
Must deeply understand direct response and Meta creative. Experience with Higgsfield/latest AI creative tools is a big plus.
I'm looking for someone who thinks like a marketer first and a designer second.
When you DM, send:
-3 winning ads you personally strategized
-What you specifically contributed to each
-Results/spend
-Your current role + expected compensation
Retweets appreciated.
@gokhshteinclips Tax classification stuck in 2014 while the market moved on. Every operator running crypto offers is quietly carrying compliance risk that has nothing to do with the creative and everything to do with paperwork nobody updated.
@maks6361 Seven or eight campaigns, one barely working, ROAS crawling toward breakeven. That ratio is the honest version of what most scaling stories skip. Most tests don't work. The one that does is what gets the thread written about it.
@arthursbuilds A marketplace requiring ad spend as a disclosed line item to sell an app. That number just became part of an app's resale value, not just its performance metric. What you spent on creative testing is now part of the asking price.
@juliapintar Every "every second scroll is an ad" complaint is really a complaint about volume winning. The platform didn't get worse, the technique that works on it just became visible to the people it's aimed at. That visibility is the actual cost of scale.
@JatinTweets_ An award-winning ad from 2003, resurfacing in 2026 with real engagement. The best creative work doesn't decay, it just gets rediscovered by people who never saw it the first time. Volume gets you seen today, quality gets you reposted twenty years later.
@brillaas A guarantee structured so the agency only gets paid if the account beats its own best week. That's a bet on volume working, priced as a service. If ten new creatives can't beat one old winner, volume was never the answer for that account anyway.
@floraai No download, no re-import, straight into the store admin. Every step removed between generation and going live is one less reason an idea never gets tested. The friction wasn't the model, it was the file transfer.
@marcobatt The caveat matters more than the pitch. A factory multiplies a winning formula, it doesn't invent one. Three hundred creatives without a proven element to multiply is still just noise at a bigger scale.
@zakbrahmbhatt A creator flagging that brands are told to copy-paste the winning ad verbatim. That's the opposite of volume through new angles, it's volume through duplicating the one that already worked. Different game, same spend.
Fashion is supposedly the most visual category in ecom, and the hiring bar is still about the problem, not the outfit. Even here the job is direct response first, aesthetics second.
HIRING: Creative Strategist - DTC Women's Fashion
For a fast-growing DTC brand in the women's fashion space. looking for someone who knows how to sell a solution, not just a look.
The product fixes a real everyday problem for a specific customer
The ads that win here are part fashion, part "finally, someone made this"
You'll own creative strategy end to end:
→ Weekly winner analysis — spend and ROAS are the signals we live by
→ Breaking down WHY something wins at the concept level (hook, angle, avatar, format)
→ Writing briefs so clear an editor can execute without a single call
→ Killing losers fast and doubling down on what's working
→ Keeping a live testing roadmap so we're never guessing
We already have a working system — you're leveling it up, not building from scratch
We're looking for someone who:
→ Has personally driven winners at real Meta spend for DTC brands
→ Looks at Ads Manager and knows exactly what to make next
→ Thinks data first, aesthetics second
→ Has worked with UGC-style and AI-generated creative pipelines
Comp is negotiable based on track record with room to grow as spend scales.
Comment CS and I'll send you the application
@StefanGeorgi The brand had already tested this angle and filed it as dead. It wasn't dead, it just never had enough variations run against it. One data point doesn't kill an angle, it just means nobody tried it enough times yet.
500 ads a month is the real headline, the song format is just this week's example of what that volume finds. Nobody guesses which format works next. You only find out by already running enough tests to catch it early.
Five minutes to reverse-engineer a system that took someone years to build and refine. The moat in content used to be knowing the system. Now the moat is just being first to run it before everyone else reads the same breakdown.
HE RECREATED A YOUTUBE KIDS CONTENT SYSTEM IN JUST 5 MINUTES
The strategy starts with a niche already producing absurd numbers, with nursery rhyme channels pulling 357M+ views on individual videos and long-form uploads creating additional opportunities through Shorts and repeatable content formats
ChatGPT handles the creative layer by turning one idea into a 10-scene storyboard with dialogue, lyrics and visual direction, then Picsart AI Playground sends each scene into Kling V2.6, generating polished 4K animation clips in roughly 2–3 minutes
What makes the workflow interesting is how little infrastructure it needs, because one person can go from idea to finished animated content in around 5 minutes, while the broader model is built around publishing consistently in a niche where even 1M views can potentially generate $1,000–$15,000 depending on format and audience
Third platform launching the same model with the same "10x cheaper" claim this week. When every reseller repeats the identical number, the number stopped being the story. The story is which platform actually gets you output today instead of a waitlist.
