@ProfGaines #BIL150 The course is not going well for me. I find it hard to understand the importance of what is on the slides as there's no words just pictures. I'm trying to improve my studying technique but so far this course is very very challenging.

@ProfGaines #BIL150 in DNA mismatch repair, DNA polymerase III is the enzyme that replaces the nucleotides in prokaryotes, while DNA polymerase δ and DNA Polymerase ϵ handle this job in eukaryotes

@ProfGaines #BIL150 The first exam was very challenging and I feel I was underprepared without realizing. I do very well on the quizzes and feel I understand the material but did not show up at all on the exam.

@ProfGaines #BIL150 The quiz was somewhat challenging in the sense of wording. I grasp the concepts however had difficulty choosing between the better options given. My hope is to be better prepared next time now that I understand how the quizzes are formatted.
