@stevenlazarov It's still ongoing to an extent! We first found out because a former bargaining team member is also a state rep and could see thorough that BS from a mile away! It's come up again while we were lobbying with our faculty during this last legislative session

@stevenlazarov I'd also suggest trying to get a copy of everything they present before the end of the meeting. In my experience, admin promising to send it after the meeting means we don't see it for another month and that's useful to have at the bargaining table

@stevenlazarov It may be useful to ask about the university's attempts to lobby for funds at the state. Here at UNM they made a lot of claims in bargaining about cost when they were actively lobbying against proposed increases in funding for grad workers and adjuncts
