-MIUs to be staffed with extra senior staff
-MIUs need ability to scan, test blood

-Increase GP capacity
-Each practice to have 2 on-call GPs that carry out home visits 24x7
-Move MIUs next to A&E to allow people to move between the two easily
-Have a triage service to get people to the right service

-111 to have increased staffing
-Reconvert private beds to their former use as part of returning hospitals to their intended capacity
-Increase number and use of cottage hospitals
