@airtelindia Hello guys, I have been using the same Airtel number for than 10 years and Airtel broadband for more than 15 years but today my Sim suddenly stopped working so I went to the nearest service centre to get it fixed and they said they will need my aadhar card.

The prblm with that is it's in my other house and I can't go there right now due to covid restrictions, but I have digital copies of my Aadhar on my phone. Can you please accept that as I really need my number working again so I can order groceries. I can't do that without OTP
