One of the men from the viral standoff outside the Karmelo Anthony murder trial has been arrested.

Jerome Winston Parker has been taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for alleged unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to the Collin County Sheriff's Office.

Police say the charge stems from an alleged incident in the courthouse parking lot during trial-related activities on June 6. He remains in custody on a $1,000 bond.

However, there are consequences to one’s actions. Forgiving someone does not release them from prison or remove accountability. Acts 3:19:
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out." Repentance (metanoia in Greek) means a complete change of mind and direction—turning from sin to God. For a pedophile, this would involve confessing the sin, seeking accountability, accepting legal consequences, and pursuing transformation through the Holy Spirit - (Ezekiel 36:26-27, promising a "new heart").
