The Criminal Assets Bureau Annual Report 2024 has been published. More than €17 million was returned to the Exchequer due to their work. They sold 20 forfeited properties by 2024, the highest number sold in any one year.

CAB sold 33 South Circular Road, Dublin 8 by auction yesterday, 8th October, 2025, for the hammer price of €750,000. The property was seized by the Bureau on foot of its revenue enforcement powers.
