Faker standing up for Gumayusi at the start of the year: "I believe he'll return, in an even better form, so please give a lot of support to Minhyung as well."
Gumayusi rooting strength from his Sanghyeok hyung: "Faker, the greatest player in the world also had the same experience so, I tried hard to push through that period."
NEVER SEPARATE THE TWO SUNS PLS 😭😭😭
Yicun, the goated photographer made a Weibo post
"Two years ago, before the finals, 希然 asked me who I wanted to photograph the most in the finals.
The King's Right Hand."

Caster Wang Duoduo's gave a poetic closing statment to #Worlds2025:
For esports audience, 2025 was over, ended again with Faker & T1 winning. When Faker won Worlds back in 2013, many viewers might have been in elementary school. 12 years has passed since then. They have became college students, some graduated, even married with children, now carrying the weight of the society on their shoulders.
Yet Faker remains, as if he's frozen in the river of time. Wearing his straw hat, on a small boat, he allow time to pass through him but left no mark on him.
"Better than saddled horse I like sandals and cane. O I would fain. Spend a straw-cloaked life in mist and rain." I think this is the inspiration for life and esports that Faker and T1 brought to us.
This is a disappointing year for LPL audience. Recently, I saw a comment online that said "Other people's college years were 2018 to 2021 but mine was 2022 to 2025." This line of self-deprecation struck heavily and clearly in the hearts of those who work in this industry. How I wish we could also have teams like this to bring beautiful memories to those college students, instead of regrets. I hope we can walk this path bravely, although slower but steadily. Only by moving forward one step at a time can we keep from wearing down the fan's expectations, making their youth a little less regretful and more beautiful. We can ensure that when they introduce this game and esports to their parents, classmates or friends, they can do it with pride rather than hesitation. This is a responsibility for everyone in the esports industry.
That's it. 2025 is over. We very much miss it.
Bang seems so happy and proud to see Gumayusi surpass him 😭💛
Bang: “For me… It’d be really great if T1 wins, but also… as someone who used to be an ADC myself when I was a pro, I’ve always wanted the T1’s ADC to surpass my career. I can happily pass it on! Minhyungie, go beyond me! Finally, the ADC who’s going to surpass my career has arrived/is here.”
IM IN TEARS!!! The legendary SKT ADC and SKT's last ADC!!! ✨

it's 2am & this just passed my tl & now i cant sleep bc im bawling my eyes out. realizing how much this means to him, the rough road hes been through, first time being the captain everyone relied on, all culminating to reaching the highest point hes ever reached in his career :(
I'm not a player. I do not know what it's like to be a player
To win, to take the noise-cancelling headsets off after a series and hear the deafening crowd cheer for you; or to lose, the long walk through the back stage then the shuttle home then the empty hotel room (1/3)
Context: PSG Karsa said "I was thinking about retirement last year. But I saw Faker at Worlds. He's older than me but he's still shining on stage and carrying the entire games. To me, Faker is the role models for us veterans. This year, watching Faker motivates to me make Worlds again and try to fulfill my dream for another year."
T1 Faker responded: "I think Karsa is an incredible player. I really appreciate his respect. I will continue to work hard as a pro player."
Karsa after hearing Faker's response: "I'm about to cry. I didn't expect Faker to reply. He's like a god for us. I can die without regret after getting his recognition!"
