@fuqekgs i was so pissed😭 i got progressively sicker & i slept 18 hrs+/day aged 16-18,, but tbh compared to the average patient, i was diagnosed quick (4 yrs). i v lucky bc they didnt find it the ‘usual’ way- being a diagnosis after a stroke/PE/heart attack etc.+ im on treatment now yay!

@fuqekgs he did in fact miss my diagnosis tho😭 the dr who interpreted my bone marrow biopsy results legit named my disease twice & named the test i needed to confirm (also twice),,, but lazy ass head of children’s cancer centre just didn’t read it ig 😁😁 they found it 2 years later lmao

@fuqekgs it’s ok, i didn’t even end up having cancer anyways (pnh instead), i got to raid all the good snacks that people would donate to the kids cancer ward, and i slept for 6 of those hours 😋 silver linings and all that LMAO

@bbambied ok let me wrap this up; what i’m trying to say is that it doesn’t effect me majorly anymore, & i’ve mostly moved past caring about others weird reactions to it,, but i hate that the random reminders my uncomfy emotions that fill my body will remain forever. live laugh love ig
