@CoryBooker I don’t get it. Did he have any status to be in the US? Why didn’t he go back to his home country and have his spouse file I-130 to to obtain a CR-1 visa? If he didn’t originally enter unlawfully the process takes ~12-15 months. There is just so much detail that is missing here
