@thegutsche @British_Airways Same for us ! 9 weeks so far ! After being kicked off a flight without given a reason ! 12 of us on standby !! Compounded by awful customer service services trying to get what we are entitled too ! . Whoever is in charge of BA customer service should review .

@British_Airways so how long should we currently expect to wait for compensation after we were put on standby ? . Been over a month so far , got credit cards i had to pay for the flights we had to book to get home . Just want an current prediction of timescale.

@policeconduct i can understand why you do not want people to speculate in the case of Henry Novak , but why has it taken so long to start an investigation ? . Surely the police body cams were available in December ? . Did no one think there was a case to look at ?

@British_Airways So now they require proof of how we got back 😂 your ground team booked us on easy jet , gave us paper boarding cards , we have sent the statement showing the payment , it would be funny if not so incompetent ! .someone at the very top of BA needs to look at your complaint team .
