Even if you hate Ripple and believe XRP is a shitcoin, if you believe in a free market system, with a fair level playing field, overseen by a fair and honest regulator, I don’t see how you couldn’t be disgusted by the SEC’s conduct. You can’t stand by or cheer government misconduct just because it’s against someone or some company you dislike. Government intrusion and overreach is a very slippery slope. If you cheer it on today you might find yourself on the other side of it tomorrow.
