Got a haircut. Barber told me to buy Gold -- said the Fed is printing too much money.
Got a tire fixed. Owner of shop told me to buy Silver -- said the Fed is printing too much money.

@TulipResearch 5. De modo que, aquí lo único que se tiene que evaluar es si realmente realizan las operaciones de arbitraje o no y esto no lo veo por ninguna parte. De modo que, en mi opinión aun falta demostrar que no hacen arbitraje. Este es el trabajo que deberías hacer.

@TulipResearch 1. Publicar esto sin vuestro análisis es bastante pobre. Me esperaba más por vuestra parte. Al menos yo me he leído los enlaces que publicáis y está lleno de imprecisiones. Que no cumplan las leyes de Texas, MC como su red para ofrecer sus servicios ahí, estamos todos de acuerdo

@TulipResearch 4. con su red comercial y nadie dice nada. La diferencia, que su red comercial son autónomos y la entidad tiene licencia bancaria.

También hay alguna otra imprecisión adicional.

@TulipResearch 3. Llaman esquema ponzi a la estructura de red comercial de 10 niveles. Y perdonad, pero definir un negocio como ponzi por la red comercial, no por su operativa, para mí no tiene validez. Sin ir más lejos, este mismo esquema lo tiene el banco italiano/español Banco Mediolanum

@TulipResearch 2. Por una parte se dice que prometen rentabilidades y en ninguna parte veo que prometan nada, solo exponen los retornos pasados, no futuros.

Que sea un esquema ponzi por los motivos que dan, me parece una mala interpretación.
