Sometimes, all you really need is to start giving yourself the attention you’ve been giving to everything else.

Take care of your health, make time for your hobbies, dress up for no reason, go out and enjoy yourself, learn something new, work on your goals and do more of whatever makes you feel happy and excited about life.

Stop spending so much time worrying about people, situations and things you cannot change. You have your own dreams to chase, places to visit, memories to make and a whole future to look forward to.

Life feels so much better when you stop putting your happiness on hold and start appreciating the little things again.

Be patient with yourself, celebrate your progress and never forget that you deserve the same effort and care you so willingly give to others. There’s still so much beauty waiting for you in this life, and I wish you never stop finding new reasons to fall in love with living.
