@KCBGroup I have responded as well. How is it irreversible yet the text message you guys sent shows the discount expires on 30th September 2024. It can only mean that you guys lied that there is a discount in order to get customers to clear their loans. That's the only explanation

@KCBGroup how do you tell your customers about a discount on loan repayment then renege on the same. Mark you the payment still falls within the discount window. Or was it just a lie in order to get people to repay their loans? I want the 20% back. Now it has become a game.
