@virginmedia Renewed my contract with Virgin, even though same person at same address has done it they haven’t kept my old landline number. Couldn’t make it up. If I went to another provider the number would be ported without question. This is so ridiculous it’s untrue.

Further there is a fraudulent Twitter/X site posing as your organisation. I have also tried to report this to you, but again the woman I was speaking to hung up on me. If you don’t take this seriously then I will report this to the police.

@TheRangeUK I keep getting your “customer support” department hanging up on me. This happened yesterday in store at Redditch with the manager standing next to me who observed I was not rude. I am getting frustrated because I have items to return.

Also they have hung up on me three times now. Curious as I was in the store with the manager stood next to me who acknowledged that I was not rude. Still no resolution to problem. Appalling service.

@TheRangeUK Trying to return two products that have been over ordered. The store at Redditch cannot take them back and have referred me to a call centre that does not understand the term “over ordered”. What a joke…

@virginmedia So it’s June 25th today and I raised the problem of Channel 4 not being available on the TV GO app/platform on 23rd March. Over a month of platitudes, apologies and call centre staff reading from crib sheets still not fixed. 😂
