@jimfishwm as well as a call where Jessica claimed to be from a medical device company where I qualified for a free life alert button FOR FREE! At 43 yrs old I was super excited to be hung up on for that call… same chirping fire alarm.

@jimfishwm So, we rescheduled for today. Everything all wrapped up & on the sidewalk. Low & behold no pick up. So we called customer service and had the most horrible service ever which included being hung up on multiple times, a call with “Jessica” who has a chirping fire alarm.

@jimfishwm it all started with a brand new mattress. What does one do with the old mattress? Well we called contacted WM for a large item pick up to include a box spring and bed stand. Original pick up date 2/8 unfortunately they never made it to the sidewalk (our fault).

@eurowings Sabine another lady who sat at Gate C07 waiting for the flight and I watched as a customer service rep denigrated and demeaned a customer into tears because the CSR didn’t want to help her because she would rather go home.

@eurowings the flights to and from Salzburg from Hamburg not taken 265€ how much did your customer service reps want to refund? 43€ for airport tax. I never got on the flight so I didn’t infect use your service so therefore you should refund no less than half of the money spent
