Let’s talk about one of my favorite topics— delegation! You really shouldn’t consider hiring your first employee until you can afford to pay someone less than what it would take you to complete. Perhaps the duty doesn’t require a certain skill set but is extremely time consuming.

In 1985 my Grandma Kimbrough, Annie Laura Kimbrough sued and won her discrimination lawsuit against the US Air Force. (KIMBROUGH v US SECRETARY AIR FORCE) She was one of the first black women to successfully sue the US Gov’t. #ladieswholistATL
