14-15 अगस्त 1947 की दरमियानी रात जब भारत आज़ाद हो रहा था तब पंडित जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने संविधान सभा को हिन्दी में संबोधित किया था। अंग्रेज़ी वाला भाषण इसके बाद दिया गया था।
