@heis_jordy @levelsio Hey, we really appreciate the feedback! Roles are assigned randomly, so in any given match, you might be the guard trying to catch the prisoner, or the prisoner trying to make an escape.

NPCs eat, work, sit, move between zones, linger after phase changes, and create visual noise so players can disappear in plain sight.

The guard has to read the crowd, not just the UI.
