✨LAST CALL! Would you join us?✨We are organizing a workshop on co-designing technologies in inclusive classrooms at #IDC2022 with @e_mln_e@ousmet@jphourcade@lalalinis and @IsabelN64624097!
Deadline extended: 21 April

An invitation to everyone interested in inclusive education: join us in this #IDC2022 workshop on co-designing inclusive #edtech with mixed-ability groups of children https://t.co/mR0rdWW0nW
Can you spare 30 minutes to help with one of our students' studies? We're looking at the relationship between perception of shape and emotion.

A pleasure to contribute to this exciting workshop @ACMIMX. Thanks to the organisers @EstevaoSaleme, @AlexCovacii and George Ghinea for the invite, and to everyone for the interesting discussions
@CompCrossCognC@obristmarianna@MichaelProulx@AleAliSousa Thanks for taking the time to read the paper! This is a small scale study, but the findings are cool, and it's one of my favourite collaborations too. A follow up study is in the making. Also, super honoured to be part of CCCC's initial tweet! :) I look forward to following CCCC
For the Comparative Crossmodal Cognition Collective initial tweet, we read this "Like Popcorn" paper by @ousmet@obristmarianna & co at today's lab meeting -- cool work about scents, 3D shapes and emotions linked in children https://t.co/6W0oXMEYwv

Last month we held a 1/2 day online workshop on 'What we learn when designing with marginalised children' at the @IDC_ACM conference. Here is a summary: https://t.co/7bNKOFhPdl. Big thanks to @e_mln_e for coordinating this and capturing the discussions! #IDC2020
Our new paper out now in @FrontiersIn "Our findings highlight how exploiting non-visual multisensory integration to develop new assistive technologies could be key to help blind and VI persons, especially due to their difficulty in attaining allocentric information."
Another paper I'm very excited about @IDC_ACM, work by our brilliant master student Stephanie, a case study of designing for the universe of one: we combined Method Stories and Participatory Evaluation to design meaningful tech with/for a child with profound learning difficulties
Very excited about this paper @IDC_ACM on expanding the notion of proxies in design to engage children in designing with/for other children who may be at higher risk of marginalisation. Wonderful collaboration with @JanetRead@DrMattHorton@critical_epsrc@BristolIG@ChiCIGroup
Call for contributions - ICMI 2020 workshop @AcmIcmi
on 'Inclusive Digital Fabrication Technology'.
We are expecting brilliant research contributions worldwide to this topic: https://t.co/7oYjcJJDLJ
