@RecyclingRefuse Put the side waste next to bin as you suggested. 17:30 and still no pick up. Is this a joke ? Neighbours have already been complaining about smell from bin, now have trash bins on pavement too- at your suggestion. What is going on?

@RecyclingRefuse 11.04.08 is our next scheduled collection but we have such a build up now because our other collection dates were missed - we are requesting an extra collection. We have paid for this service so it is not good enough to say you will just pick up at next scheduled date.
