This NHS wheelchair rental scheme raises serious concerns under the Equality Act 2010:

1. It discriminates against disabled, elderly and other groups of patients who may lack credit cards required for access.

2. It charges £2/hour during long A&E waits with no info or apparent process for refunds, despite hospital claims they can reclaim.

This is yet another blatant barrier to accessing essential healthcare and a further disturbing step towards creeping privatisation and a two-tier system that prices out the most vulnerable. #WheelCharge 🦼

Why can’t there ever be a simple acknowledgement of the children who are broken by school, bullied horrendously and traumatised day after day?

I was in constant fight/flight mode at school. It has taken years to begin to recover.
