There are different ways to do pushups to hit those muscles harder as well. I place my hands at chest height, around shoulder length apart, and make sure I touch the ground

@learning_yohei It depends on the school. I started at a smaller school, so our only options were Spanish and French. Once I transferred to a larger school, we could learn Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, or Latin. We chose which language we learned, and had to learn it for at least 2 years
