Pawling HS's Magnolia Garbarino presented her scientific research at Dutchess County Science & Engineering Fair competition at Dutchess County Community College. Magnolia Garbarino won 1st place and will be attending the Int'l Science & Engineering Fair in Atlanta in early May.

Pawling HS Introduction to Engineering Design class designed cases to safely & securely hold their earbuds. Students drew isometric renderings of their design ideas by hand. Then, designed and 3D printed their earbud cases using Fusion 360 CAD (computer aided design) software.
The Pawling High School Math Team wrapped up its 2021-2022 season with great success. 14 members of the team participated in 5 competitions against 21 schools in Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan and Orange counties. States will be held on April 2nd.

Pawling High School's Math Honor Society students presented a lesson to the 5th grade math classes this week. Students were asked to apply their knowledge of fractions to real world situations by creating a pizza & adding a variety of toppings to different fractions of the pie.
