@tizdias @pc_optimum It’s infuriating. We have $240 worth of points in our account that we saved for our summer vacation extras (as we have done every year for almost a decade). It’s like they’re punishing us for being good customers by denying redemption. Good way to lose business!

@pc_optimum we have been asking your customer service for an entire month to fix our frozen account so we can redeem our points (which have been earned by spending ALOT of money at your brands). Does anyone feel like helping us out or do I have to start spending elsewhere?

@Bell_Support any reason why your tech person who came to our house to fix a downed line also decided to disconnect our previously working internet? Just like me, I too was previously working before this interrupted my day. One problem replaced by another problem.

@Bell_Support Phone support has sent a second tech who has diagnosed that the original tech today removed our functioning wires and left us without service. Maybe a bad idea to contract out your repairs to a third party if they can’t do the job properly. PNL is useless.
