I've been following this debate for a while.

The issue is not 'rejection' as in the sort of thing that you'd get in the '80s/90s. Not even the most brutal form.

The issue is that women have weaponized hysteria for attention. A guy doing the simple thing that's been done for generations, 'Hey, you're cute, can I get your number?' or some simple polite version of that risks:

1. Mass local mockery. The girl, probably on camera, will then mock him as well as her friends mocking him. Not lightly but as brutally as possible. For validation. For clicks.

2. Internet mockery/condemnation. Then the video goes up along with calling him 'creeper' or 'pervert' as well as editing to make it look even worse.

At which point he faces:

3. Internet blasting. Doxxing, spam harassment, social bullying as well as:

4. the potential to lose a job and, yes, guys have even been at least questioned by police.

One video showed a guy who was 22 turning up to a date with a girl who was listed as 19 then beaten by 'guy friends' because he was a 'pedophile' for a 22 year old potentially dating a 19 year old. (Who as it turns out was 21.)

What @Rob_ThaBuilder says below is as outdated as Bridgerton. We have serious issues with relationship building in this country and ignoring it or dismissing it due to outdated knowledge is not helping.

Several smaller creators are being abused by your copyright system and are at risk of having their channels deleted and have asked me for help.

A german company called fifthfreedom GmbH is copyright striking videos for music called "Radio Cultural Rendezvous" when there isn't even ANY MUSIC in the video. Dozens of original videos all struck when there is zero copyrighted content in them.

I can't even list the channels because doxing them would mean this company could target them with more strikes and have their channels deleted.

Appeals/counter claims DO NOT work because they just send more strikes and these smaller creators have tried every possible support channel with no real response.

An AI chatbot DM'ing me a self help article is NOT helping, can I please get a DM or an email from a real human being to help these people out?
