@FirstWestYorks waited for the 38 bus, moorallerton to Leeds, bus did not stop at king lane park and ride. Several people including my wife signal to driver he drove right past us. This was at 8.46am

@evercaderetro I have a faulty EXP-R and it will not play any cartridges, Can support get in touch with me please to sort a replacement out. The unit turns on but when a cart is inserted the unit powers down to a red light and has a blank screen.

My Evercade EXP-R replacement arrived the other day. Got it out of the box and tried it out. When a game is put in the unit (Running off Battery), it powers down to a faint red LED. It will work perfect when plugged in to a charger. I got onto support, but no stock.

The 8.46 bus 38 from king lane park and ride to Leeds did not stop at king lane park and ride, I have given a clear hand signal. The bus went down Cranmer bank instead. Not happy

@FirstWestYorks I am currently on the 38 towards Leeds from king lane park and ride at 8.46am, I got on the bus with my wife and she asked for a Leeds Day ticket and issued the wrong ticket £4 +£2 Adult. I used disabled concession. Spoke to driver about the error obnoxious

He was arguing the fact we only gave him £4 when we gave him £5 pound coins then he issued a £5 west Yorkshire day, when asked for Leeds. The customer is always right. Not impressed.

@FirstWestYorks I'm currently traveling to Leeds from king lane park and ride B stop the 6.56am service 7, the entrance doors to the bus one is not closed and a hissing noise like air escaping.

@FirstWestYorks bus No 37500 on 6.56am, service 7, from king lane park and ride stop B to Leeds. At stone gate roundabout he took the kurb with rear wheel and at potter Newton roundabout drivers door flung open. Driving was something to be desired.
