@HP I tried the chat option but was not able to contact HP. Even this site sucks for getting help. So sad you used to be such a customer friendly company. Seems greed does that to a lot of companies these days.

@HPSupport Is there any way to get human tech support. I order a printer used in april only time tried to use it on sat and since then I have over 20 trying to get help and your AI is useless. it is under warranty so I want to return it but Hp site offers no options
