@cremieuxrecueil Do you think you sound smart by using the word "imbecile" when talking to a scientist and Podcaster like Rhonda, who has done more for public health awareness, than you and your next 3 generations of descendants can ever do?
@Divergent7651 They announced a stock buyback program a while ago, and I expected the stock to go towards NAV. Half the buyback program is over, and the stock is still trading at such a large discount.
What more do we need to do, dear God?
$CMSG's last close share price of $30 is a ~23% discount to the value of its bitcoin, cash holdings, less total liabilities as at Q2'26.
Revaluation to NAV offers ~29.8% upside before giving any value to other assets or subsequent net BTC accumulation.
Q2'26 assets and liabilities:
354 BTC × $76,844.55 = $27,202,970.70
Cash and equivalents = $58,525,603
Total reported liabilities = $729,712. No borrowings.
NAV = $84,998,861.70
Q end shares outstanding = 2,182,373
NAV/share = $38.95
Discount to $30 share price = 23.0%
Upside to NAV = 29.8%
Caveat: $CMSG's main liability is a deferred tax expense associated with the unrealized gains of digital assets. Bitcoin price appreciation increases this liability, offsetting NAV value.
@athelascapital I don't know, man. The proposal is to combine with the same entity (Blackbeard) that tried to screw PBT for more than $15m, and backed down only when taken to court. Why sleep with the enemy? And this just introduces the regular corporate agency vs. shareholder problem.
@TheStalwart It's funny how you scramble to make the most tortured, stretched arguments to diss an asset class when it's down 50%. The mining algorithm wasn't a problem when BTC was 125k, but now when it's 70k, suddenly "oh did you know this scary little fact about BTC...."
I'm a single issue voter, I want the warm lights back.
Streetlights are too blue. Headlights are too bright. It's a crime against nature and God.
We need to demand 2800K or below color balance for all outdoor lights. Some cities regulate 3000k max, that's still too damn blue.
@wotwresearch Highly misleading. That's not what he said and that's not the context he said it in. Murray said that AI will require copious amounts of electric power and you will need to get that electric power from natural gas. If they do that, TPL will benefit financially.
