Also like...weren't we already outside the law? Shepard is a specter. They are allowed to do anything including blowing up a planet. The only method to remove a specter is to send another specter to kill them.

@Petrikow V is special. The chip protects his mind and may possibly give him resistance to going crazy but that wouldn't be enough to get through the threats he does alone.

Cyberpunk is a tabletop game intended for a party. Standard 4-5. V is mostly alone.

@MetaFeatsDC It depends on the Clayface. Most Clayfaces cannot keep the shape. In the animated series he explains its like flexing a muscle you cant hold it forever.

Other versions of Clayface just enjoy being a shapeshifter and doesn't consider any face "real" Hes a mad actor.

@CorpseKings You can blame a lot of this on Fink and Blackrock. BR owns 10-13% of the worlds total wealth. He demanded companies do "force behaviors" where if you expose people to things they dont like they will eventually accept it. It didn't work. He even admitted it was failed plan.
