#PrayingTuesdays 🙏
- Praise God for the mothers in our church family
- Ask God to enable us to be a church that welcomes, embraces, encourages, and equips mothers to live out their calling
- Pray for those mourning or experiencing heartache and brokenness concerning motherhood
#PrayingTuesdays 🙏
• Praise God for giving us one another to grow in faith together
• Ask God for multi-generational discipleship relationships to flourish in our church
• Ask God to lead and guide our elders during their planning retreat this week
We’re thankful for the growth God brought through our multi-generational discipleship groups this spring! Chris’ story is just a sample of the ripple effect and God answering our prayers for these groups.
Will you pray for our church again today?
“When you leave everything behind to follow Jesus you are gaining more than you ever had—making following Jesus less of a duty and more of a delight.” - Joe L.
#BeholdHim#Matthew13
Yesterday, we studied Matthew chapter 13. A chapter filled with Kingdom parables that prepare us for both life in this world and the death to come. Offering a fresh perspective, patience, and hope amid the hardships of life.

Jesus is our resurrection and our life.
We haven’t just been given more life, but a better life. We haven’t just been given a quantity of life but a quality of life.
May these glorious truths radically shape the way we live.
We're excited about Easter weekend! Will you join us to behold and celebrate Jesus?

#PrayingTuesdays 🙏
• Thank God for rooting college students in Christ (Col. 2:7) and building community at Anthem. Pray for @M28Charlotte as they continue to reach UNCC students with the gospel.
• For our church to grow in mission, making disciples of Jesus (Matt. 28:18-20).
“Jesus isn’t promising that life will be easy, or that following him will always be easy, or that you won’t have any heavy burdens in life, but what he is promising is a rest of heart and soul and mind in the midst of all things. A rest that only Jesus can provide.”
- Joe L.
Our college outreach ministry, @M28charlotte, holds a spring break retreat in FL called Anthem each year. Please join us in praying for them this week that students would encounter Jesus and leave with an understanding of what it means to be “rooted in Christ" (Colossians 2:6-7).
Oftentimes amidst the multitude of good things going on, special times like Easter can sneak up on us.
In order to prepare for this season rather than be surprised at its arrival, we wanted to mark the season of preparation, Lent, and share resources:

“When they came into contact with Jesus, they encountered God. And in short order, they dramatically experienced and learned that there is no sickness, no disease, no condition, no situation that is greater than Jesus and beyond his ability to handle.” - Crawford Loritts
