Gamers Beware: Love and Deepspace does not respect its global players, have not communicated with us what has been going on, left us in the dark about timelines and promises made while addressing their CN fanbase. Even with a 70+% drop in revenue they STILL won’t update us.

They are actively ignoring the very fanbase they want to expand into. They promised a major update, they reaffirmed that the character they’d marketed and launched would not be removed for any reason, then did a 180 and removed him a few days later.

They announced they would be dropping new content (Rafayel’s Myth) in July, then remained radio silent and did not release it until a month AFTER they said they would with ZERO communication or acknowledgment. Infold continues to make promises to players on their official platforms that they cannot keep. They prove over and over their official channels are unreliable unprofessional and flippant. Infold is not at the level of prestige and professionalism that warrants being participants in Games Con. Regardless of WHY Infold is in the situation they are now, their treatment of customers and failure to communicate the most basic information necessary for players to make informed decisions about their game is unacceptable.

This CN player posted a photo of herself holding a bouquet in front of the Infold building. The flowers were meant for the as a gesture of appreciation and love for Valko. However, as far as I understand, they couldn’t be accepted due to safety regulations.

The card reads: "致全体敖尹推：幸福快乐每一天！风里雨里7.9等你！"

Translation: “To all Ao Yin fans: May you be happy every single day! We’ll be waiting for you on July 9, rain or shine!”

The comments under the post are overwhelmingly positive and it really warmed my heart. I just wanted to share this side of the CN fandom as well.
