The Indian lobbying groups are using @ajainb to push Biden to bypass congress and institute a policy that would further create a complete train wreck to the legal immigration system. Handing out EADs before Green Cards become available would incentivize even more people to flood the Green Card sponsorship process, thereby creating even larger backlogs. This is in top of the H-1B visa program being used to displace American workers from their jobs.
