What I would add to this is that Robinhood/Republic will will likely damage their reputation with each startup they tokenize.
No startup wants to have their equity traded in pseudo-markets where it's entirely out of their control - if Republic or Robinhood screw over token holders, the startup will bear some portion of the backlash
Tokenization takes demand out of the system when it could instead go to the startup directly - and it carries extreme risk to the startup brand since they can't manage it
In return the startup gets....nothing
I can't imagine a single startup that will appreciate tokenization
