Agro delivers VirE2 into the plant cell via the T4SS, Once insode, VirE2 interacts with the adapter protein AP2 to hitch a ride on the (outside!) of vesicles and is delivered to the nucleus along myosin filaments. Amazing movies of VirE2 retrograde transport in plants!
