I doubt he gets out before 40, if ever. His lack of impulse control will get him killed in prison.

WRT your citation, in the US, "Hispanic" is not included in "White" whenever convenient. This is used to manipulate data in various ways (ex. No crime perp is labeled "Hispanic" by FBI, but victims are).

Do you consider all of Spain "non-white"?
