THE RAINBOW FLAG:

The rainbow-colored "pride" flag was created by the late Gilbert Baker to represent the gay community in 1978. The irony of this flag is painful. As most know, in Genesis 6, we learn that God slaughtered humanity with the flood—for their pride—the very same pride we see in the LGBTQ community.

God's ammunition was rain, and His weapon was His bow—the rainbow. In God's mercy, He laid His weapon down in the sky as a promise to never flood the earth again.

But now, the LGBTQ community taunts God by boasting of their pride while waving a picture of the very weapon God used to annihilate man's pride. It is possibly the greatest cultural abomination in modern history.

But the Bible tells us, "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life (Gal. 6:7-9).

God is a God of justice. Any person who believes they can boast in their sin will soon face the God who destroys sinners. Pray for the pride-flag waving fools of this world, for outside of Christ, we are all fools. Humanity's only hope is to lay down our pride—at the cross of Jesus Christ.
