Dear Esteemed Members of the MetChain Community, Respected Investors, and Dedicated Team,

With a heavy heart and profound reflection, I hereby tender my resignation as Chief Executive Officer of MetChain, effective immediately.

Embarking on the MetChain journey in 2023, our collective ambition was to revolutionize the metaverse landscape by delivering a scalable, secure, and decentralized blockchain platform. Our vision was rooted in a three-layered architecture, seamlessly integrating Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanisms to address prevailing industry challenges. The successful launch of our mainnet and the integration of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) into our mining processes were milestones that underscored our commitment to innovation and community engagement.

Despite our earnest efforts and the unwavering dedication of my team, I must acknowledge that i have not achieved the level of success and couldn’t take Metchain market position that I aspired to. To our valued investors and the broader community, I extend my sincerest apologies for not fulfilling the expectations and trust you placed in Me as a CEO . The responsibility rests with me, and I am deeply sorry for any shortcomings during my tenure.

In light of these circumstances, I believe that a change in leadership is best for MetChain's future. I have full confidence in our development team expertise and vision to steer the project towards its intended Goal . To facilitate a seamless transition and to demonstrate my unwavering support for MetChain's continued progress, I am transferring all my shares/ holding to the team. This decision signifies my complete relinquishment of any ownership and responsibilities associated with the project.

I wish to express my profound gratitude to every team member, investor, and community participant who has been part of this journey. Your passion, resilience, and belief in MetChain have been the driving forces behind our success until now . While my chapter with MetChain concludes here, I remain hopeful and optimistic about the project's future under new leadership and will be assisting the team if and when needed as an investor and community member .i wish not to lead the team anymore and this decision is taken for personal reasons and mutual agreement with the team members and agreed to transfer of all responsibility to the dev team . I wish the team and new leadership all the very best and wish to help team if required .
