@Justin_Neagle Both can be true. Yes the whole point is to win a battle royale. A player should be doing anything to survive instead of giving up. My main focus is not picking people off 1 by 1, my focus is quests and sprites. However, end game going for a win is obvious over returning to lobby

@Justin_Neagle Its so hand holdy now because back in the day fortnite was very dead set on being a competitive br environment. Now its a more chill fun environment and lets players experience the game how they want to. I dont play fort to get wins, i play to finish quests and master sprites

@Justin_Neagle If they made it more expensive that would make it harder to afford early game and harder to pull off late game, this would be optimal. As for my analogy, it doesnt need to be perfect but it hits the main idea of the argument.

@Justin_Neagle Theres always better loot on the map, if i can chance buying myself time to get an advantage i think thats a very normal and fair way to play. Why would anyone just give up to a player. Its a competitive game, you do anything for the win.
