@ATTHelp . I’ve called technical support and the customer service agent keeps telling me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hour. I have not seen any AT&T repair trucks in our area. AT&T is ignoring my community and I’m very dissatisfied with your service.

@ATTHelp My neighbors are stating that this issue was a result of the installation of fiber optic cables in our community. Many of the impacted homes are switching their internet service to Verizon.
