Hello everyone following me here.
As I understand it, many of you, just like me, have become victims of the BitMart situation and currently have withdrawals frozen or severely delayed.
To be completely honest, I would never have started using X or publicly discussing this situation — social media is not really my thing. However, my lawyers have strongly advised me to seek maximum public attention and transparency.
Together with my legal team, I have already filed a legal complaint with the court. I understand that for ordinary users, especially those with smaller amounts stuck on the platform, taking legal action can be much more difficult. That is why I decided to take this step not only for myself, but also to represent the interests of other affected users.
All I ask from you is one thing: help bring maximum public attention to this situation.
Write your own posts. Tag BitMart, other major exchanges, CEOs, industry figures, journalists, investigators, and anyone who may be able to bring attention to what is happening. Repost and share this post. Tag everyone you believe can help.
Public attention can make a real difference.
Now, to the facts.
I created this X account because a significant amount of my funds is currently stuck on BitMart, following the advice of my lawyers.
Every day, I submit cryptocurrency withdrawal requests equivalent to up to approximately 2,000 USDT, due to the withdrawal limits imposed by BitMart. I am attaching screenshots confirming these withdrawal requests below.
Not a single one of my withdrawals has been processed for approximately two months.
At the current pace, even assuming withdrawals eventually start working normally, it would take approximately one year just to withdraw my entire balance.
This is not normal.
People, we have been silent long enough. It is time to bring maximum public attention to this situation.
I also ask you to tag major exchanges — especially Binance, OKX and Bitget — because on-chain research conducted through Arkham appears to show BitMart-related funds moving through wallets associated with other exchanges.
This raises serious questions:
What are these funds?
Who controls these wallets?
Why are funds apparently being moved through wallets associated with other exchanges while ordinary users are still waiting for their withdrawals?
I don’t know what the situation looks like for everyone else, but in my case, none of my withdrawals have been successfully completed.
This naturally raises another question: where exactly are users’ funds being sent, and why does the amount of liquid assets apparently visible in BitMart-related wallets appear to be so limited?
I am not making accusations without evidence. I am asking for transparency and clear answers.
If BitMart has legitimate explanations for these transactions, then users deserve to hear them.
And there is another important question.
If BitMart was already experiencing serious financial or operational difficulties, why was the platform offering unusually high APRs on Earn products shortly before the withdrawal restrictions and closure process?
Users were being offered very high returns for keeping assets on the platform — including rates that were significantly above what many major exchanges were offering at the time.
This raises legitimate concerns about whether BitMart was attempting to attract or retain as much user liquidity as possible shortly before these events.
These are serious questions that deserve serious answers.
To everyone affected: please repost this, write your own posts, tag BitMart, major exchanges, CEOs, journalists, on-chain investigators, and anyone else who may be able to help.
The more people who know about this situation, the harder it becomes to ignore.
We will continue pursuing this through legal and lawful channels. We have every right to demand transparency regarding our own funds.

Over $4 MILLION of my funds are stuck on BitMart.
Look at @Bitget — they faced an incident involving nearly 100x the amount I have stuck on BitMart, yet they already came through the situation. They took control, kept users informed, protected user funds, and restored the platform.
Look at @coinexcom and how they handled their situation.
So what is BitMart’s excuse?
Why are our withdrawals still stalled? Why are users still getting no clear answers?
.@SheldonX — where are you? Where are our funds? When will withdrawals resume?
.@cz_binance@zachxbt@justinsuntron@wooxbt — please look into BitMart and help thousands of users who are still waiting for their money.
WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK.
No more silence. No more empty announcements.
We need answers. We need our funds back. ACCOUNTABILITY NOW.
My friend, just two weeks before the shutdown, they were offering over 8% APR on ETH, almost the same rate on BTC, and 15% on USDT. Of course, I didn’t deposit all my funds, but I had my own personal account manager, who has now completely disappeared without a trace.
I was also reassured by the fact that they had reimbursed users after the 2021 hack. But now I realize that there is almost no hope of getting our funds back. I’m doing everything I can to at least hold those responsible accountable for what happened.
@zachxbt@zachxbt Please help BitMart users whose funds have been frozen for months. Thousands of people are waiting for answers and access to their money. We need your attention and help to expose what’s really happening. Any support could make a huge difference!
@cz_binance@binance@BNBCHAIN CZ, please also look into the BitMart situation. Thousands of users still have their funds stuck there, with withdrawals pending for weeks. Any help or attention from you could make a huge difference for these users.
@zachxbt@zachxbt Please look into the BitMart situation. Thousands of users have funds stuck after the shutdown, with withdrawals unresolved and no clear timeline. Many people have significant amounts trapped. Please help bring attention to this.
