@5150Farms Model year 15+ machines have a significantly better cleaning shoe. Model year 18+ machines have a significantly better display that has the same user or interface as the latest displays making support much easier. I would hold out for the 2019 if it’s at all possible for you.

@LouieDN I am biased but I will support it with facts. Non chopping corn heads will gain you a half mile an hour minimum and not create a cool damp seed bed. John Deere Rowmax chopping rolls will last 30% longer than calmer's with similar performance.
